Our client was grappling with scaling challenges when transitioning to Agile ways of working (SAFe), from Waterfall approach, having started a few years back. We used our Agile Maturity Assessment framework (tailored to the organisational context) evaluating their Teams, Programme, and Portfolio identifying tangible areas for improvement.
We crafted a transformation roadmap underpinned by an improvement measurement dashboard with clear and achievable milestones, coached our clients' individuals, teams, and leaders on Lean-Agile principles and best practices tailored to their needs, culture, and mindset and supported by an Agile Playbook relevant to the organisational context to elevate their performance to the next levels.
Then, we co-worked with Programme Leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile Teams leading implementation of the improvement areas and tailoring the transformation effort to instil Lean-Agile, SAFe, and Scrum principles and best practices.
As a result, we successfully transformed the programme to the SAFe operating model, significantly enhanced team and programme agility by 70% and reduced programme costs by 30%.
