Our client is unable to run their organisation effectively due to proliferation of legacy systems, and urgently needs to modernise its systems to comply with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and regulatory requirements.
We led a transformative technology delivery programme modernising dozens of legacy systems per GDS standards (Agile/Common Platforms) and oversaw the development of a multifaceted technology platform comprising six digital services across various product lifecycle phases using GDS standards and the Service Manual.
We effectively bridged the communication gaps between senior stakeholders and spearheaded a culture of collaboration and accountability within the programme, championed the introduction of Agile and GDS methodologies, created comprehensive service and delivery roadmaps, addressed pivotal risks, and facilitated the proactive resolution of issues and dependencies.
We successfully led the programme through all DDTS lifecycle phases and Governance stage gate assurance boards, securing approvals for Whole Life Cost Calculators and Spend Control funding, underscoring a balanced approach to managing financial integrity and project milestones.
As a result, we enhanced team and stakeholder engagement by 75%, achieved a 50% uptick in management buy-in through strategic vision alignment and realised a 75% improvement in operational efficiencies by instilling Agile ceremonies and practices.
